Errol was very supportive throughout the entire process of purchasing a new home and selling the existing property. All categories - 5 stars. In spite of our house being on the market for a very long time, at no time did Errol ever take his foot off the gas pedal. I don't remember how many open houses we had between the first one and the last one, but there were several. If this was an actual strategy it was a good one. There were a lot of couples through our house on the last showing and it was one of those couples that became our purchasers. We can't see how anyone could be more knowledgeable about the real estate industry than Errol. We have already recommended Errol to others and will continue to do so.
